Ideas for consideration

• • Imprint color can be altered but item color generally cannot.
  • If a specific color is required, it is best to order and item in black, white or silver, and customize you imprint color.
  • Manufacturers stock of all items must be checked prior to placing the formal order.
  • Stock levels change daily.
  • Faster delivery than the posted production time for a specific item adds cost to the item.
  • Not all items are offered with rush production.
  • The lower the price of an item, the higher the minimum order quantity.
  • Each imprint color has a setup charge (generally speaking).
  • Each imprint color after the first color has an additional color run charge.
  • If a specific PMS ink color is needed for the imprint, there is generally a charge for the ink color match.
  • For physical samples, the item is billed at end-quantity price, and freight and tax are additional.
  • Artwork requirements are generally vector EPS files with fonts outlined.

Ordering process and general timing after an item has been selected

• • 1 production day- Stock level is verified form the manufacturer.
  • 1-2 production days - Artwork is confirmed and prepared in the correct format.
  • 1-2 production days - Order is placed and the final manufacturer proof is sent to the customer for approval.
  • 1-15 (or more) - Production days begin. Production varies greatly among items/manufacturers.
  • 1-5 days- Shipping time in transit.
  • Custom products add time across the productin cycle.
